6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Digital Books
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, digital content supplied on an intangible medium, the performance of which has begun with the customer’s prior express consent and waiver of their right of withdrawal, is not subject to this right. By purchasing a digital book, the customer acknowledges immediate access to the content and expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon download.
6.2 Printed Books
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the printed book to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. The customer must inform the Seller of their decision by email, then return the product in its original condition. Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
You can consult our model withdrawal form here.
6.3 Online Lessons
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with the customer’s prior express consent, are not subject to the right of withdrawal.

Once payment has been confirmed, the customer receives a download link for digital books or, for online lessons, dedicated access. The customer agrees not to share this content or access with third parties. If sharing is detected, the Seller reserves the right to suspend access without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content sold by the Seller (books, dialogues, audio, videos, documents, lesson materials) is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, distribution, resale or use without express authorisation is prohibited.
